They must have thought “let’s try something different” and ski of a ski run straight into the water. A few ski fanatics decided to ski of a ski run at top speed to land in the water. It guaranties fun images and this video shows that the winner actually made it to 133 meters. That’s pretty impressive on two small skies.

The Defi Folly race is being organized in the Alps by a few people who like to try something different besides skiing and snowboarding. With a top speed they land with their skies in the water and that’s a fun way to kill time. The ski run reaches a height of 160 meters.

It looks like a lot of fun, but there’re actually a few skiers who take this event pretty seriously. Bruno Pezet was the one who reached the longest distance, 133 meters. We wonder which price he took home with him.
